前些天连续的焗了不少各式各样的曲奇饼,堆到家里一堆堆的,都不知道吃好还是不吃的好。后来买回了一些精美的包装代,把可爱的曲奇们装的好好睇睇的,全都送给朋友邻居,真是一举两得。 今天不打算开焗炉了,这阵子焗到自己都好像火气盛好多呢。 但是突然间又想食一块柠檬味的onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%D6%A5%CA%BF">芝士onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B5%B0%B8%E2">蛋糕来度过下午茶的时光。 既然唔开焗炉就用个冰箱来做个冻柠檬onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%D6%A5%CA%BF%B5%B0%B8%E2">芝士蛋糕啦。 饼底: 3. 倒入焗盘里,用力压平整后。放入雪柜里雪一个钟 馅料: 鱼胶粉特写 2. 开机打散奶油芝士,加糖粉再打匀,再打重奶油(Heavy Cream)到4—5分发(不要打得太发了,否则个蛋糕会唔多滑的), 3. 打蛋白到起泡(干性发泡),加入“2”的芝士混合物里搅匀。倒入已经雪好的饼底上铺平。放入雪柜里雪2—3个钟。 4. 将草莓啫喱粉加开半碗,然后叮溶,摊凉少许,倒入在雪过的蛋糕上,再放入雪柜里雪半个钟。很漂亮的蛋糕就完成了! 另附: 这个就是有奶黄味吉士粉

1. 将柠檬刨皮屑,然后柞汁(大约25ML)。放入一个碗里加入鱼胶粉搅匀,渗5分钟左右。

牛奶A 350 ml
白糖 60 克
吉士粉 40克
牛奶B 50ml
香草精 几滴

做法:
1. 将牛奶A放在一个小锅里煮滚,关火。
2. 将白糖,吉士粉和牛奶B混合加几滴香草精混合搅匀。
3. 把煮过的牛奶A的一半倒在“2”里搅匀。再倒回小锅里汇合另外一半的牛奶A。
4. 用小火慢慢煮,用搅蛋器(筷子也可)一边煮一边搅,至到牛奶液粘稠妈停火倒出。
5. 摊冻后备用。
后记:这个冻柠檬芝士蛋糕做起来的步骤比较多,不像其它的芝士蛋糕那样混合完就拿去焗。不过这个冻柠檬芝士蛋柔滑的口感比起焗的那种
芝士蛋糕有过之而不及的!而且味道清香鲜甜带点酸,真是一级棒的呢!!!用来做下午茶的茶点简直是休闲时光中的最佳伴侣!喜欢芝士蛋糕的朋友一定要试试!保证你有很大很大的惊喜的!
