材料:洋鸭800克、子姜400克(多少自己定)、葱、芫茜.
配料: 南乳、原油面豉、花椒、八角、盐。
1、将鸭洗干整,抹干水份。
2、子姜去皮切片。
3、先煎香洋鸭,跟住砍件。(待用)
4、接炒香子姜,再放洋鸭一起炒。
5、加入配料和适量水炆30分钟。(想林D,炆长D时间)
