[原创]微波炉与叉烧有个约会!

这几天的鬼天气,老是阴云密布的,说不准又来一阵大雨了。突发奇想,不如象语版上次那样搞个烤onclick="tagshow(event)" href="tag.php?name=%B2%E6%C9%D5">叉烧?只是没有烤箱罢了,也应该可以用微波炉做的吧(家里的微波炉是有烧烤功能的,哈哈!)

  说做就做,
去超市时,把该用的主料、配料都买回来了。


  主料:隔沙五花肉(没规定你买多少);

  配料:叉烧酱、老抽、生抽、蜜糖、花椒粉、料酒;薑、蒜茸、盐、糖、鸡精各少许;

  老抽、生抽、料酒;

  鸡精、花椒粉与薑、蒜;

  蜜糖(家里现成有);

  过程:

  1、肉冼净,用布吸干水分;行刑!请用刀拍打肉肉的PP吧(别笑!此举不算是酷刑。只是帮瘦肉部分松松筋骨,好让肉肉入味罢了!)如果是做肉扒,也要用刀背拍打、轻剁瘦肉部分的,这叫做放松运动。当然,皮是要切去的。

  2、在肉肉的身上涂抹点盐、糖、薑蒜茸、花椒粉、料酒(去其肉腥味与增加香味);

  3、用砵盛好肉肉,下点生抽、老抽(老抽够颜色的,增加色泽)。再下两汤匙叉烧酱(一斤多的肉下两汤匙就够了)一汤匙蜜糖全部往肉肉上涂均匀;

  这是叉烧酱;

  这是蜜糖;

  4、这是下好了配料醃制中的肉肉,准备放入冰箱啦;

  5、用保鲜膜封好,放到冰箱里面醃制半天吧(起码三个小时吧,时间长好吸入味道),如果提前做好放一个晚上就很好了;

  6、要入微波炉了。可是我家那个微波炉里面的烧烤架子早就丢失了,怎么办?

  想办法,动脑筋嘛。有了,家里不是有蒸菜的不锈钢格子吗?利用起来就是很好的烧烤架来滴。

  7、看见下面这两个架子吗?一高一矮的嘛。什么?不明白?笨笨。。。哈哈!
