三乡濑粉制作先洗净浸泡将小米加上清甜山泉水磨成米浆,用特制的小桶底部穿透布满筷子样大小的小孔,加入米浆后盖上小于小桶内侧的木板,在板面上加压使米浆经桶底小孔中压出一条条雪白粉条,下面就是一个大锅里面的水沸騰着,粉条经过沸水煮熟后成为一条条银白的玉带,加上用筒骨肴煮的汤底配以美味onclick="tagshow(event)">烧鸭,形成了三乡特色烧鸭濑粉了。
