    那天近中午心血来潮不想食饭，用对讲机CALL下BG7JYO﹙忠哥仔的无线电国际呼号﹚哈！马上弹出来回话，“收到乜事BH7MHP﹙我的呼号﹚”我对他说：今天我想吃面和呍吞，你有兴趣吗？他问：“有谁去？”我告诉他：只有我和红旗﹙红旗为太太的意思﹚，“那我都带上红旗吧，去那里吃？”我说：不去onclick="tagshow(event)">沙溪了就去好面色吧！不过你请我们吃。他说“小意思，不就是吃呍吞面嘛”
    到了中午下班时间，我们分别自行到达紫来大街牌坊对面停好车，当踏入好面色店铺，祗见楼下大堂早就满坐了，店家钊哥看见我热情接待安排我们到楼上间房，原来楼上同样沒有台了，当我们坐下后，钊哥招呼服务员泡壶他收藏普耳茶给我们，还让我们尝尝他新推出的脆皮onclick="tagshow(event)">叉烧。忠哥问我，为什么我来几次都沒有这样的服务，你来又不同。
    其实我早就与老板钊哥认识，钊哥在70年代从事餐饮行业，80年代以后做私房菜及港式粉、面、呍吞为主，他对港式onclick="tagshow(event)">美食有执着追求与onclick="tagshow(event)">创意，对选用食材方面要求较高，90年代自创以“好面色”为品牌推出多款自创新口味，以呍吞鸡为主打品牌得到众食客认可。
