与朋友在一次聚会中，谈到中山四大家鱼中有那这是最好吃的话题，经激烈争论后决定找水出HAM友，“中哥”介绍下中山“宝平鱼”及安排一试其味道，据“中哥”介绍得知原来“宝平鱼”是广东出口主要家鱼基地。在养殖过程中对水质、饲料等有严格监控及管理，肉质结实鲜美享誉海外，是出口港、澳等地区的兔检出口家鱼。
当然大家都想一试方可知一二的，后经“中哥”了解，“中山东区的鱼兴火锅”是选用水出公司“宝平鱼”为火锅主要鱼种供应的，我们一班为吃之人约好当晚去品尝下“宝平鱼”的美味了。

找到“鱼兴火锅餐厅”时天色早就开黑了，店铺的门面拍满各类大小车辆，我们只有“违例”停放到行人道边，然后进入餐厅只见餐厅地方不大环境卫生可以，大厅被早到的顾客坐满了，我们被安排到楼上包房，等齐大小领导到来开始点菜开餐。
