上周末，与友人到《汇乐轩》一聚。

　　这个酒店去过两三次了，印象还是可以的。友人因为比较接近那里，按他的意见再去一次也无妨。不过，今次再去却扣了一点印象分。

　　坐下来还是比较舒服的，地方不算太窄。如果是在窗边的位置，还可以欣赏到外面的楼房、游泳池。

　　天气开始热起来了，阳光还是比较的强烈的。看着邻比的楼房与清晰的池水，心里宁静了不少。

　　叫了几个品种，第一个是炸春卷。还是不错的，很香脆。

　　这一碟咸水角不过不失，还可以。

　　蒸排骨不错，色泽与口感都很好，食起来感觉很清爽，味道也适中。

　　值得一赞的是这个砂锅肠粉，做得很香口，火候恰到好处！

　　可惜了那碟金咤，外皮比较爽口，不过内馅除了肥肉还是肥肉，就没有其他的东东了。

　　最失败的是这一碟的onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%C5%A3%D7%D0%B9%C7">牛仔骨（以前没在这里点过来食）。芡汁太浓，沾牙了，而且过咸了。后来叫部长过来，倒是很爽快地给我们换了一碟叉烧包。

　　嘿嘿，看起来没什么呵。食下去，内馅太甜了，怎么下这么多的糖？！

　　本次给我的印象差了，质量不稳定呵。

　　小评：
　　1、服务方面还是不错的，环境也好，坐下来挺舒服的；茶位很容易找，除上二楼外，现在还开了一楼的大堂，人不多（以前一楼是不开的）；
　　2、食品的平心而论可以说不过不失，只是有一些品种不太稳定；
　　3、价格应该还是比较实惠的；
