    改革开放三十年，中山的经济、文化发生了天翻地覆的变化，中山的特色饮食文化也得到长足的发展，吸引了无数海内外的美食爱好者，也引发了广大餐饮经营者的浓厚兴趣，5月26日，应广大餐饮经营者强烈要求，广州的餐饮业同行来到中山考察学习!

     中午，两地餐饮业的同行来到中山本地的招牌食府石岐佬中山菜馆，在品尝地道中山美食的同时，交流、探讨、分享广州中山两地餐饮业的共性与特色，晚上再前往小榄人家酒楼浅谈餐饮五常管理。
